Event Description
Join meditation teacher, sacred artist, and former Tibetan Buddhist nun Shey Khandro for a special 2nd Sunday Mindful Meditation, offered live from Sedona and streamed online for our global community.
This gentle morning gathering will include a brief reflection, guided meditation, and time with Shey’s sacred pointillist artwork.
Through the imagery, dots, prayerful intention, and meditative process behind the work, participants will be invited to explore the power of the present moment — one breath, one point of awareness, one act of attention at a time.
Those attending in person are warmly invited to stay afterward for fellowship, conversation, and time with the artwork.
All are welcome, whether you are new to meditation or have practiced for many years.
Special Note About the Art
This special gathering will include time with Shey’s sacred pointillist artwork, inviting participants to experience each dot as a moment of attention, prayer, and presence. Each dot becomes a small prayer — a moment of presence offered with compassion, loving-kindness, and the wish to ease suffering.
