Meet Holly Your Guide
My hula hoop journey began with a simple gift from a friend—and I never put it down. Eleven years later, what started as a joyful way to dance has become one of the most transformative practices of my life.
I had always been drawn to movement, but hula hoop flow introduced me to something deeper: a moving meditation. Through the combination of conscious movement, breath, and play, I discovered a way to reconnect with myself, release what no longer served me, and experience genuine joy.
Whenever I flowed in public, people would stop to ask where I learned and whether I offered classes. Those conversations inspired me to begin sharing this practice with others.
My hope is to create a welcoming space where people of every age and experience level can move freely, quiet the mind, reconnect with their bodies, and remember that healing doesn’t always have to feel serious—it can also be playful, creative, and deeply joyful.
I can’t wait to share the magic of hula hoop flow with you.
Hula Hoop Flow with Holly
Thursdays
A playful, embodied movement practice combining hula hoop flow, yoga-inspired movement, breath, music, and mindful awareness.
In this welcoming class the hoop is a companion to movement—a way to bring your attention out of the mind and into the body.
We’ll begin by arriving through intention-setting, gentle breathwork, and a personalized tarot card. From there, yoga-inspired stretches and accessible movement will prepare the body before we explore a creative flow with the hoop.
You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, follow your natural rhythm, and discover what feels good in your body.
Hula Hoop Flow can help:
-
Deepen body awareness and presence
-
Engage the core, hips, and supporting muscles
-
Encourage balance, coordination, and mobility
-
Release tension through rhythmic movement
-
Quiet mental noise and invite a moving meditation
-
Reawaken creativity, playfulness, and joy
No previous hooping or yoga experience is needed. There is nothing to achieve and no right way to move. Every movement can be adapted, and hoops are provided.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Come exactly as you are—and leave feeling grounded, energized, joyful, and more connected to yourself
