Lynn has been working in holistic health for more than 20 years. After graduating from the University of Virginia and pursuing a career in information technology, chronic back pain led her to the world of natural health, Yoga and Yoga Nidra.  The impact was so profound, she found herself sharing these gifts with others through classes, workshops and teacher trainings.


Lynn enjoys teaching the life-changing practice of Yoga Nidra, using this ancient practice to help students learn to relax, reduce stress and define the direction they want their lives to take.
