The founder of Sedona’s beloved “Devi Yoga” studio returns Tuesday mornings to share the Soul & true essence of Yoga in the style of vinyasa flow… a practice that unites breath with movement, in a flowing sequences of postures.



• Connect with your Inner Being - Journey within through deep meditative practices and breathing exercises, bringing you a sense of wellbeing and inner calm.

• Relax & Unwind - Release tightness, stress, and tension by uniting the body and mind with a physical practice designed to soothe your soul.

• Find your Flow - Experience the rhythmic movements of Vinyasa Flow to feel renewed, energized and alive.

6:00 pm - 7:30 pm Goddess Yoga


Goddess Yoga is the Art of Sacred and Sensual movement.


Goddess begins with a sharing circle and then incorporates healing rituals such as anointing with essential oil and pulling guidance cards- then fuses bellydance inspired movement with vinyasa flow and even incorporates kundalini inspired breath work.


This is truly a journey that awakens your Inner Goddess. 

All levels and ages are welcome.

Sign up for a personal yoga experience following the teachings of Raja yoga, or the "Royal Path or Eight-Fold Path". Raja yoga emphasizes the unification of the body, mind and spirit, creating an all-encompassing practice which touches every aspect of the individual.

At Sedonya, we strive to offer every guest and member a session that is tailored to their own individual body, background and requirements. We use yoga as a way to heal, fortify and bring balance to the body, mind and breath. Furthermore, we incorporate pranayama, meditation and yoga life coaching into all of our sessions and classes.
