At the heart of his work is a simple invitation: to open the voice, soften the mind, and experience the connection that becomes possible when people gather and sing as one.

An Evening of Kirtan with Ananda Das

Opening set by Stanzie Langtree

Date: Thursday,  August 20

Location: 120 Deer Trail Drive, Sedona

Offering: 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM

$35 in advance | $45 at the door

Join internationally acclaimed mantra artist and Bhakti Yoga teacher Ananda Das for an uplifting evening of music, mantra, and shared devotion at Sedonya.

Ananda brings ancient Sanskrit mantras to life through soulful music and a warm, welcoming energy. Accompanied by harmonium, guitar, and rhythmic instrumentation, he creates an experience that can be joyful and celebratory one moment, quiet and deeply moving the next.

The evening will begin with a special opening set by Stanzie Langtree, inviting us to settle in, open our hearts, and enter the space together. Ananda will then guide us into an immersive kirtan journey—moving through music, silence, devotion, and the collective power of many voices becoming one.

You do not need to know the mantras, consider yourself a singer, or have any previous experience with kirtan. The words and melodies are offered simply, allowing everyone to participate. You are welcome to sing, move, close your eyes, sit in stillness, or simply receive the music.

This is not a performance to watch from a distance. It is an invitation to become part of the offering—to let the mind soften, the voice open, and the heart remember what words alone cannot express.

Come as you are. Bring your voice, your presence, and your willingness to enter the music.
